MAC ’N’ CHEESE RECIPE | BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE RECIPE | Mac ’N’ Cheese Recipe Ingredient List:
Water — 1 litter (4 cups)
Ziti / Elbow / Macaroni shape Pasta — 1 & 1/2 cup
Salt — 1 tsp (Add while boiling)
Butter — medium size
Maida / Plain flour — 3 Tbsp
Milk — 700 ml
Sugar — 2 tsp
Salt — 1 tsp (As per taste)
Black pepper powder — 1/4 tsp
Mixed Cheddar and mozzarella cheese — 1 cup (Add in sauce)
Mixed Cheddar and mozzarella cheese — 1 cup (Add while baking)
Mixed Herbs — As per taste
Chilli flakes — As per taste
