Veg Biryani recipe Ingredient List:

(1) Cooked Rice ingredients:
Basmati Rice — 1 cup
Water — 1 cup for soak
Water — 1 cup for boiling
Salt — 1/2 spoon (As per taste)
Oil — 1 tbsp
Cloves — 1
Black pepper — 2
Star alise — 1/2
Cinnamon — 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds — 1/2 spoon
Bay leaf — 1/2

(2) Vegetable mix:
Oil — 4 tbsp
Cloves — 1
Black pepper — 2
Star anise — 1/2
Cinnamon — 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds — 1/2 spoon
Bay leaf — 1/2
Red Chilli — 1
Grated Ginger — 1/2 inch
Curry leaves — 3 or 4
Green / Yellow / Red / Orange Capsicum — 1/4 cup each
Carrots — 1/4 cup
Potato — 1/4 cup
Cauliflower — 1/2 cup
Tomato — 1/4 cup
Green peas — 1/4 cup
Green beans — 1/4 cup
Sweet corn — 1/4 cup
Paneer — 100 gram
Coriander — For garnishing
Mint — For garnishing
Salt — 1/2 spoon (As per taste)
Saffron — 3 or 4
Curd — 2 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut — 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder — 1/2 spoon
Turmeric — 1/4 spoon
Coriander powder — 1/2 spoon
Garam masala — 1/2 spoon
