VEG BURRITO BOWL Chipotle Style No Onion No Garlic | Vegetarian Burrito from Scratch Recipe Ingredient List:

(1) Black Beans Ingredients:
Black beans — 150 gram
Water — 1 cup (To soak)
Water — 2 cups (To Boil)
Salt — 1tsp
Olive oil — 1tbsp
Taco seasoning — 2 tsp
Lemon juice — 2 tbsp

(2) Taco Seasoning Ingredients:
Red chilli — 2 tsp
Black pepper powder — 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder — 1 tsp
Smoked Paprika — 1/2 tsp
Salt — 1/2 tsp
Oregano — 1 tsp

(3) Rice ingredients:
Plain cooked rice — 1 cup
Salt — 1 tsp
Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander — 1/2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder — 1tsp

(4) Guacamole ingredients:
Ripe Avocado — 2 medium size
Tomato — 1 medium size
Coriander — 1/4 bunch
Green chilli — 1/2 (as per taste)
Salt — 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Lemon juice — 2 tbsp

(5) Salsa ingredients:
Chopped tomato — 2 medium size
Boiled corn — 1/4 cup
Chopped Jalapeño — 1 tsp
Chopped coriander — 2 tbsp
Salt — 1/2 tsp (As per taste)
Lemon juice — 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder — 1/4 tsp

(6). Sautéd Veggies:
Olive oil — 1 tbsp
Chipotle / Ref chilli flakes — 1/4 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Bell peppers — 1/2 dice
White pepper powder — 1/4 tsp
Salt — 1/4 tsp
Black olives — 1/4 cup
Lime juice — few drops

(7) Sour Cream / curd — As per taste

(8) Nachos

(9) Lettuce — As per taste

(10) Grated Cheese — As per taste

(11) Pickled/ Raw Jalapeños — As per taste
